Character Audio Issues

In a recent game I was playing Annie Annie (with the Frostfire Annie skin) on the PBE server (Co-op vs A.I. - Beginner) and I noticed that the character's voice from taunts, move orders, etc. were not audible. It may be with all character's (at least for me) because when I summoned tibbers the sound for the fire was audible but tibber's 'voice' was not. Also the explosion sound effect from the nexus failed to occur as well. All the correct animations are there but the sound is not.

Is anyone else experiencing anything like this?

Tried Annie again in a normal match this time and the issue occured again so it wasn't just a one time thing.

Yeah, I'm also experiencing this, but with every champion I play. I thought it was the volume at first, because you can slightly hear the champion's/announcer's voice, but turning it up did nothing at all.

Im having the same issues with every champion. I can't hear any sound from champions, and the sound from pings seems muffled at times.

Played another game today with Ziggs this time and still no character voices, others on my team were having the same issue, so it isn't just me. Any ideas on why this is happening or how to fix it?
