New summoners icons

So i just recently noticed the two new summoners icons. One is a cupcake and the other is a wrapper with a ziggs bomb on it. I noticed the cupcake looks awfully familiar to the one in bittersweet lulu's splash art.... anyone think this could be somekind relationship?

Uh. As in, official relationship? Most likely not. Summoner icons aren't enough evidence to suggest it.
