I know this post is useless but as stated here boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/site-feedback/hEb9IokF-must-be-level-7-or-higher-to-post-a-comment?sort_type=recent seems like it's needed to get the forum lvl updated.

That is how the Boards work. You have to post to get the database to query your account information. This prevents millions of needless queries for accounts that aren't even posting.
