Thanks for taking the time to write this out.

I think we're going to bump up the character limit in the initial thread post.

I did take the time to read all of your feedback you posted, and without addressing each item individually, I'm happy to say that we're actively addressing the larger pain points expressed.

Specifically, to your redtracker comment, I was curious as to what made it harder because there is a Red Tracker widget on the side bar that lets you easily see the next posts without having to go to it. In that little widget, there are arrows on the top-right corner that lets you see the rest of the red posts in that thread.

For the red tracker the summary system is nice, but for me it was an unnecessary improvement. While the summary can be useful, it's more helpful to read the red posts in context with other posts and replies, so you can follow the conversation sequentially and easily connect how the post addressed the question. So I don't often use the summary, especially since it's not a full view of the post. I'd rather go to the actual post and figure out what's going on. For that, the main issues I have with the current iteration:

In the old system you would click 1 time and it would take you to the next Red post to read the sequentially, done. With the new system, if you want to do that you need to click the arrow "< 1 of 99 >" then hit "Jump to this comment", read the post and surrounding materials, then go up and click the arrow again "< 2 of 99 >" and again click "Jump to this comment", rinse and repeat 99 times.

It's a pretty minor complaint, just an extra hassle. One that may be worth it for the folks that come back to a thread to find a specific post.

The other comment I had in that thread about red tracker was the actual Red Tracker(RIOTSYMBOL!) where something about the coloring, titling, and iconization just makes it all blend together, so it's a bit more straining to read.
