Move threads instead of deleting

I was about to ask about making a thread because I made on about balance, I was viewing gameplay and balance and so decided to make my own so i clicked create thread and shared my thought, think it would go there, but I could not find it and noticed it got removed, only when trying to ask did I noticed the dropdown menu saying where to post this, I was not trying to be obnoxious or anything and a lot of time could be saved If you moved threads to the appropriate place instead of just deleting them like most fourms do.
