Everything is fine untill I get into loading screen

everything is working perfectly fine until it comes to the loading screen for a game, the quality goes to crap and looks like an old sega sonic game, I played one game and everything was fine except this major lag spike that lasted about 5 mins and i was worthless to the team in that time period, but then the second game went to crummy graffix, so i tried logging out and logging back in (and this was in ranked), and was still the same

i uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, it worked fine then i tried to play in ranked again and its doing it again, i have no idea whats going on with the game now, any ideas?

all the graffix on everything else is normal, but the loading screen and gameplay, but one thing ive noticed is that the logo that usually comes up is different it seems like an older style or something

First two things to do for situations like this:

  1. Update video drivers
  2. Run a client repair

See if this removes the issue. If not, it'll need more diagnosis. I don't really want to speculate at what other causes there might be at this point, though.

I get to load screen and I get bug splat or "lol client had stopped working". I need help fixing it

Not everyone can afford new equipment, so that's out of the question.

But I've been experiencing things like this lately, and sometimes I can't even get INTO the game!!! Best of luck, I'd like help too!

actually not to long after i posted this my brother got home and i showed him, and thank god he is good with computer stuff cause i struggle with computers, he went into the menu (while in game) and went to visuals and it was set up differently and he reset it to were it needs to be, some how the game changed the quality for some odd reason
