one you buy the matyrs call item the passive it had were you kill a minion to give a nearby ally gold and health the passive stacks it gives you will remain on you and continue generating stacks of the buff and will continue giving nearby allies the bonus from it even after you have sold it i was playing nasus with the dreadknight skin when it happened only tried it once so idk if it always happens
