I started a Custom game with 9 bots to play Vel'Koz. After the 10 second timer elapsed I didn't enter the game. Waited 5 minutes and then closed the client. Restarted, logged in. Got to the screen with the reconnect button. Pressed it, and nothing happened. Waited. Nothing.

To actually start a custom match with him(I played 2, one with a friend and one by myself) you need to close the window, wait a minute or 2 and then open the launcher again as an admin. That is what worked for me. Once the game launched however, the bots on either side never left the base and in the tab menu their summoner spells where just grey icons. Killing the bots doesn't fix it, so I had to just push and win the match for it to end.
Bots are bugged at the moment, these things tend to happen when new chars and such come out. It'll be fixed but in the mean time let's push this up more, bots never leave base.
