I am so confused by the forum beta

I'm sure this has already been posted about..but when I first noticed the test out our new beta layout or w/e, I figured it would just be the same forum database just hooked into a new forum layout or something. But then I posted on the normal forums and came back to these beta forums and went to my profile to show all my posts and it wasn't there....like IMO this is "fucking" stupid. Its confusing, it further mitigates visibility...just OMG what the fuck. Like the old forums are hard cause updates and such don't work so you have to have some stupid URL you check like, http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/search.php?do=process&showposts=1&exactname=1&searchuser=We%20Are%20As%20One along with a huge post of how to check your last 500 posts etc LOL, its laughable how bad this is. The new forums seem fine in terms of providing basic capabilities for getting updates, responding etc. But why two forums? Like it takes enough time to come on here and report bugs etc, and we do it cause we love this game, and are faithful customers of Riot Games. But now two forums? What is being read? Why can't you merge them? why even have this beta....god I feel like we are on a huge roller coaster!
