Server Status?
I'm trying to launch my PBE at the moment, but every time I go to open it, the launcher comes up and says that the PBE is unavailable. Is anyone else encountering this?

That generally means that your account has been made inactive. Whereas PBE used to be a permanent privilege, they recently changed it to short intervals (usually a month or however long it takes) before they switch out and allow new players to enter the PBE and test other features in order to keep a cycle of fresh feedback coming in.
Everything on your account will be remain intact, and they may or may not call upon you again in the future for further testing.
My PBE client is still working. Are you sure you still have PBE access? If you do and it isn't working you might have to repair the client.
It just means that the servers are down.
The PBE servers have been up and down a lot lately.
