Please remove upvote/downvote from the main page

You should not be able to vote until you read the thread, the title is only as suggestive as the author makes it, and often can have little-to-no-relevance to the thread. Voting before even reading the content will lead to very skewed votes.

One thing I really dislike about this reddit-style forum is the focus on the upvoting/downvoting system. I do not like how it stifles creative out-of-the-box thinking- everything you type is warped by the idea of wanting to impress/garner support from the community.

I'm not the only one who hates the mass-circle-jerk kind of community, be really careful of this Riot. I think a great start is removing the ability to upvote/downvote before being in the thread. The very idea of yaying/naying something before even understanding it's content is simply ludicrous.
