Spectate
I think their should be chat in spectate between spectator, so that we can chat what we think about the match that is going on.

Chat is available in spectate, but its not active by default. Click on the eyeball on the bottom right for "Interface Visibility" and put a check mark in chat. You can then whisper your friends as they play, but obviously with the 3minute delay between what they did and when you saw it. You cant see the in-game chat however, only what items people buy when and when the dragon/baron are slain.
