Masquerade Party only for LAN/LAS/BR? Wtf?

That seems really unacceptable. Just because we don't have the Carnival, doesn't mean we wouldn't enjoy the event. Besides, masquerades aren't an exclusively Carnival thing. American and European people have masquerade parties all the time. (Well, as often as any other type of theme party).

If this even is really only for the Hispanic servers, then it's borderline racist of Riot to think they're the only who would or should enjoy.

I think it depends on the perspective from which you're looking. If you only see it as Riot trying to exclude the rest of the world from an event, then maybe it does seem a little biased. But I think what Riot was trying to do is a little more along the lines of doing something special for an event that's really large within a certain culture. It's not that they're saying "The rest of the world wouldn't understand this", but rather "Let's do something special for these guys. I'm sure they'd appreciate it." See the distinct difference between the two?

With all of the perks we get from being on NA servers (or NA in general), I think we can afford to let them have a little something something just for them. If you're really that adamant about having a Carnival, how about getting with your local league community and organizing one. I'm sure, as you are, that many people would be interested.
