No, they delete threads that aren't following forum guidelines. The most common reason for thread deletion is being on the wrong board. If you're unsure what a particular board is for, read the Guidelines section to the bottom left in each board; if you're still unsure where your post belongs, the safest bet is Miscellaneous.
