Suggestion: Riot "Recognized" or "Approved" Third Party Tools List

I suggested this several years ago back on the old forums, but at the time there weren't that many available (mostly just Leaguecraft, ACE Client, etc); now, having recently returned to the game after a long break, I've come across a whole proliferation of new third party tools.

-> Can Riot create a list of third party tools that they recognize as legitimate and do not compromise fair play?
