Am i the only one that thinks there should be a discount on buying champs with IP like discounts with RP? And its what trix said but like im talking less rapid as RP

Nope. The only problem I could forsee is that it would effect the economy of the game. They make a good amount of money from encouraging people to use RP on champions instead of things you can only get with RP.
