I have noticed recently while playing between the teemo skins on PBE a difference comfort and ease of the different skins. Mainly the skin Astronaut teemo skin. The difference is the animation delay that is in between moving and attacking, when you move in a direction and use an auto attack, there is a small delay that is caused when teemo turns around, then the wind up for the attack, and then finally the attack 'cooldown', it is small, but when tested with the fellow tester KamaitachiTrey he confirmed I was not just imagining it. There is also a delay in how teemo moves back and forth in the usual strafing tactic that summoners use when keeping the character moving and not a sitting target. He has to stop mid bounce, turn around and then bounce again to get moving. As well as there being a difference with the blinding dart being casted in comparison to the basic teemo skin, showing how he winds up for a longer period of time before the attack is actually launched.

I'll admit, I had my doubts.

However, I believe it has to do with Teemo's attack animation and movement animation, perhaps because of these there are a possible delay? At least, it appears to be a minor delay, if nothing else.

I'd say it could definitely use more testing though, check it out and see if we're imagining things!

I'm pretty sure delays are built into the champ mechanics, regardless of the skin, and the skins follow the mechanics...
