[Idea] Minor improvements in Rune page & Mastery Functionality

I was just wondering if it would be possible to include minor improvements in the way the masteries and rune pages function.

• Re-arranging the mastery page order.

Just like we can drag new blocks in a particular item set up and down, I thought maybe it would make life simpler for us if we were also able to make our masteries drag left and right (perhaps by right clicking on the page) and re-arrange them.

Right now what happens is that if I create a new page say 16 and I have a habit of setting pages in a particular order (For eg. All pgs relevant to my top lane champs, followed by adcs, mid and so on). If according to that order this new page is supposed to go to, say 4; then I have to manually change and shift all my mastery pages in between to accomodate that pg 16 to pg 4. I know this sounds like a ridiculous habit but I personally get frustrated over this and I am sure many more players would benefit from this addition. :D

• 25 character limitation in Rune Page & Mastery title.

Can you please remove (or atleast increase) the limitation on the number of characters we can put in Rune Page and Mastery titles?

I realise that these changes may not be in your priority list but these changes are not going to take up much time and effort, so Riot could you please look into these? :)
