Hello Fellow summoners.. Is it just me 
?? or have you guys completed all the tasks and still not got a single Icon yet ??
If any one knows when we get the icons please tell me ? i should have the mechronomicon icon but turns out even after doing all four tasks I didn't receive a single one ..

The release after the Harrowing ends I'm pretty sure! So when the Harrowing concludes they will be given out! Yup just checked Rewards page on the Harrowing webpage. It says "will be unlocked after the Harrowing ends" 
Actually, there was another red post/official post that covered this.
"The Harrowing summoner icons are added by script, so they may not be available on your account immediately after you unlock them. Players should receive their icons no more than three days after the event ends (November 15)."

For me, Ghost guy popped up about 4 hours after my first mystery gift, followed immediately by the ghost girl, and the ward one just moments ago. I'm sure you will get yours soon.
