The Help & Support Boards have very sparse responses to issues that players bring up. In the past few days, I've noticed that the boards are full of issues with players being disconnected from games, but there are no responses or help with these issues. Many of these posts are civil, well-composed, and provide technical details, and yet they fail to elicit a response. This seems like a bug that should be squashed ASAP.
Yeah its extremely annoying to know that even though you spent 500$ on in game items that Riot acts like Comcast and provide zero customer service. Why have Help and Support section? Seriously it is MISLEADING

Most reports are nonsense or can be fixed by going to the LoL support page or googling it. While I'm not saying they shouldn't dedicate some manpower to look into and answer more of these, it's usually not necessary. Most people need to just sit on their ass and do a little research.
Now that that's out of the way; If anyone needs to speak to a Rioter for technical support (or anything really), they can submit a Support Ticket and they'll get an answer. How urgent their matter seems will often affect how quickly they get a response though.
I often try to answer people's questions, but I always forget that the Help & Support board is separate from the rest, so I'll try to remember and go look there more often (I mostly just give them a support link).
