I got 5 warnings including a 7 day suspension within 20 minutes...what kind of moderators does this forum have?
Also why does it say my account is level 6 and prevents me from posthing discussions. This account is level 11.
Regarding the level 6 thing, chances are your account was level 6 around 13 days ago when you got that other message. The Boards doesn't automatically update the levels for every summoner in real time (that'd be a waste of resources given the amount of summoners, and I'm sure many of which aren't necessarily active on the Boards). Instead, what happens is when you have some activity, including trying to make a post, the Board will soon reassess the information from Riot's database and then update the level accordingly. It's also a similar story with the icons if you switch in the client, there's some lag in the Boards recognizing that.
I'm assuming that 40 minutes ago when you posted this it was saying you were level 6, but when I checked before writing this post it had updated you to level 11. Within 10-20 minutes of activity is often all that's needed.
