Why cant I see my previous rank medals on this forum and more importantly will I be able to see my S4 Medal?

Through S3 should be working (mouse over your name), I think.
S1 and S2 should be working properly, though I think the S3 badges are still bugged. It's an intended feature, so don't worry about your S4 badge!
