Threads being deleted without a reason given

I've posted a thread in the bugs forum about the 5 AI players in a 3's game. It got deleted. So apparently, that's not a bug. So I posted it in general. And it got deleted. Apparently, it's not allowed? I don't see what rule I'm violating, and I'd like to know why neither time the mod deigned to give a reason as to why the thread was deleted.

When are you going to fix the bots problem? Or is this just your way of hiding it by deleting every reference to the problem?

I posted a link to the game in question so it could be investigated, along with compelling evidence (every fight was in bot lane as no one left it all game except me).

Can you post that information here?

Even if they are a scripted bot, Name & Shame is explicitly against forum rules. If you read them you'd know. Also why would you put that in a bug report? Clearly not a bug.

kudos on your use of the word deign.

Riot is constantly working on ways to reduce the appearance of bots. The latest and greatest strike against them was removing all the bonuses users who benefited from referring bots received and changing the system so that referring multiple bots would no longer provide a large benefit.

While browsing the boards, I finally noticed a ! icon with a 2 next to it. So apparently, when you get notifications, they're hidden away somewhere. They should also be posted in the deleted thread so they're easy to find.

What's worse is the response says to report the players to "Player Support", but there's no indication of how to do that. I've looked through the Support link and there's no link for "report player behavior", so that's kind of misleading to direct me to a nonexistent option. I already know that using tribunal reporting (which I did) is useless since it's just automated and IP farmers don't care about chat restriction anyways.
