[Feedback]: Community or Forum?

Hey,

So I have been playing with the this Beta community and this is what I came up with; I don't know if this is suppose to be a forum or a community blog. At first glance it looks like a Community Blog that everyone can create posts on. I think that the concept of this Community Blog is really nice but I would try to make it more user-friendly. The framework that you guys have designed is amazing though, I really like it.

Random off-topic thought: You guys should look into making a community/knowledge app. This app would be a really good addition because I find that when I am looking for something to research in my spare time that LOL's website is very hard to navigate. Like I said above, random thought.
