Better editing feature?

i only noticed this when i wanted to report a bug on PBE. You're able to delete and edit your thread, but the editing feature, once the first post is made, is limited. You're only allowed to change the text of the parent post, keeping you from attaching files later if someone asks you to. You'd have to delete the thread, and post it again with the attached files. I had to do this on PBE's forums.

Along the lines of editing I personally think html formatting is more intuitive and universal as opposed to the formatting guide (but I guess it is the same guide as reddit's?). I do however like that it shows a live preview as you type.

Just had to do this, delete entire post cut and paste into a diff sub-comm instead of just being able to move it. I think this feature should be available.
