I am new to the Forums and am beginning to become very involved. I was just wondering if there were different titles on the forums as I see it says junior member under my name. If so is there any list of different "tiers" existing and the requirements to obtain that tier?

Hm, I use the "Community Beta", so I don't see that info anymore. That's probably why there's not more information - it's likely to be removed once they more completely over to the beta.
There are currently titles, but they are relatively meaningless and/or will become obsolete in the near future. These titles currently only exist on the currently supported forums, not the Community Beta platform that this thread is on.

Member - 3-99 total posts
Senior Member - 100+ total posts
Recruiter - 1-9 Referral
Senior Recruiter - 25-99 Referrals
Master Recruiter - 100+ Referrals
Emissary of the League
Adjudicator - Have been a part of League of Legends since beta
Wrenchman - Offers technical assistance to players
Council - Highly ranked player involved in balance
Huntsman - Contributor to the Public Beta Environment
Anything red - Riot Games employee
