Boards looks bad on Smartphones

I love to read the boards all the time on my phone when I am on the go or when I have some time to kill, but the site looks really bad on my phone.

I have one of the top of the line Window's phone (Lumia 1520) with a huge 6 inch display screen.

That being said I am running Windows phone 8.1 and getting ready for the switch to Windows 10 and I would really like it if Riot can make a App for Windows phone, IOS, and Android phones or fix the website so it can display all of the website content on the screen so I can read and write on the message boards more often.
