So i got 30 lvl in game already and my forum lvl is not updated.

The title of the post has nothing to do with what you typed in the description.
Your Boards level only updates after you make a post. Your account here now correctly reflects your in-game level.
Send in a report ticket, or talk to someone in your forum about it. I had to get mine manually synced on here before I could post.
