When does Preseason end and Season 4 starts?

I wonder what happens when it starts :D

Wondering the same thing... aka when are placement matches?

S4 should begin around late January or mid-late February, probably the latter. Pre-season obviously ends the second S4 starts.

Though, RIOT wants to call S4 the "2014 season". But it's harder to do that when it doesn't start with the year.
