PBE is just unplayable

PBE is super dumb right now. Yellow trinket levels 1/2 dont work, Pantheons ultimate has no cooldown, Nunu`s ultimate deals double damage fully charged, only ranged champions can attack the nexus and very few melees can attack the inhibitors and on top of everything else you get constant bug slpats. Are you going to do anything about it?
