Lag/Bug

Hello I am sorry if its just for me and I don't know where else to report a bug or i think its lag but when ever I try to join a game it doesn't join a game so I am just sitting there 11 minutes in and when I try to leave it says an unknown error happens and I have to log-out then log back in. Is this happening to anyone else?

it's happening to almost everyone else, even me that's why i keep asking them why i get banned while im trying to get back into the game
