Riot Games---Large enough now to supply larger company support facilities.

Riot games has grown over the years to be a much larger company than when most of us first started playing their game(s). One of the things that comes with being a larger company offering a premium OR Freemium game, anything that you can and will invest money into, is the ability to get reliable and timely support when a problem occurs. As it stands right now 90% of their support is automated, and 100% of their support is done via the support ticket system, which we all know takes 3-5 business days(which in reality as many of you may have found out really means 7-9 business days) and by that time, excluding issues with RP purchases gone wrong, the problem has sorted it's self out and your overall opinion of the company and their ability to support you, as well as your opinion on how much the company actually cares about the playerbase they are serving has been negatively impacted. My personal opinion on RIOT Games at the moment is that they don't care a bit about those of us that play, or those of us that invest money into the game except maybe for about 5 seconds after we invest said money. After that, many of us have come to realize that Riot doesn't give a dang about us or our concerns/issues. One of these problems is the automated leaverbuster system. How many of you have been banned or restricted by the leaverbuster system because of things completely out of your control? such as internet issues or power failures? 3 times I have been penalized by this system for something out of my control. I'm a person that does not click yes on surrenders 90% of the time, I do not quit and I do not AFK durring the games. I understand 100% how this negatively impacts everyone in the match, not just my own team mates. But sometimes things happen, such as a storm coming through and knocking my power out, or (most commonly) my ISP (verizon "high speed internet") fails to provide. I have recently switched providers and am just waiting on Xfinity to come through and set up my new 150 Mbps internet, but that didnt stop verizon from once again costing me a leaverbuster penalty because of an automated system that does not view the records showing my ping to be over 3k before I lost internet altogether. And please don't take this as a sob story, that is not what this is about. RIOT, you are plenty large enough and you bring in plenty enough money via RP purchases, clothing, and other physical items that you sell in relation to your games that you can easily afford to supply a technical support hotline and/or a live chat support option(with actual people talking to you) to settle problems like this and many others that haven't been mentioned in this post. It is time to step up to the plate and put your big boy pants n if you're going to play on the big boy fields with other MMO's such as blizzard entertainment and valve/aria games. There is no denying that is who your competition is. We all know and see how it is. Riot is not a small company anymore and League of Legends is not a small game community anymore, nor has it been for several years.

My request, as stated above, is a Live chat support and/or Technical support hotline, and we all know at least 1/3 of the LoL community could script you a Ping meter to be posted on the home page of the game so people know whether or not it is safe to join a match or if they will be lagging too much. That is NOT too much to ask for. I ask the people of the Riot community to post their vote on this matter and I ask RIOT to hear the people who use their product(s). Thank you for reading! :)
