I was Playing on League of Legends the other day and i had my first evolve at lvl 6. I didnt get my second evolve till lvl 14. This has happened atleast twice to me please look into this.

You get the evolve as soon as you level your ult, not when you get to level 11. Are you not leveling your ult until 14?
