unfair ranked match punishments

i was locked out for 30 minutes because i had 2 trolls that wanted to fight over jungle position... autolocked and then forced me to pick adc when i originally was suppossed to go top; but that is not the issue the issue is that the enemy team banned all the adc champs i had and i was being forced to play adc so i couldnt find an adc in time and i got the punishment... is there a way to correct that or punish the trolls instead?

you should have 4 champs per role, then you cant be banned out

You'll need to somehow provide the information of your match via pictures so that Riot could help you out, they may be able to reel up the previous game via lolreplay and such to read the pre-lobby and in-game chat. but at this point, there's no evidence. good luck.
