Get to gold right away?
If i join a gold ranked team, does that mean i will automatically become a gold?

Zielmann1 votesIf you join a ranked team that is already gold, it will show the gold badge in your profile. However, you must have at least 10 wins with that team in order to get the gold season 3 rewards.
NBA BAN1 votes10 games? i thought i was 5... oh well thanks!
Zielmann1 votesYou're actually lucky that the requirement is that low. It was initially supposed to be that you had to have played in 30% of that team's games in order to qualify for those rewards. Due to high player demand, they reduced it to just being 10 wins with the team.
For more info, Riot put together an FAQ on the ranked rewards here: http://beta.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/check-out-season-3-rewards-faq
