Petition for New Player Boards

If not New Player Boards, at least a forum that people can go to for help. There's a board called "Help & Support" but it is pretty explicitly just for matters that need the Support team to get involved. NPF had a lot of people who prefaced their questions with "I'm not exactly new but...", because there was never a proper place for them to ask for help learning to jungle, deciding on a new champion to pick up, or climbing out of their current division. Now there isn't even a remotely proper place for that.

Tips and Tricks somewhat works for that purpose, but that's not necessarily the kind of "help" that a lot of people will be looking for. Just from what's been posted, it seems like there are some good things being posted there, but also some stuff that isn't meant to be taken at face value. That might just be because that Board is new and no one really knows what to post there yet, so maybe in a couple of weeks it will have changed a little bit. Maybe something akin to a mix between New Player and Guides & Strategy could work if that doesn't fill in its place, somewhere that people can ask questions about the game and get the answers they're looking for. I didn't frequent the New Player forums a whole lot, so I can't say too much regarding what happened there, but with a game as large as this, I would think that it should be a focal point to help those who inevitably hear about it learn more about it.
