All of us from New Player Forums have always stayed there to help out all noobs and non-noobs about League strategies and tactics. With the advent of the new Boards system here, it is very helpful to easily navigate through.... ]... ... IF THERE WAS A NEW PLAYERS BOARD!!! Plz riot.. give us our forum/board back.

Great question! We're going to be kicking off a New Player / Tips & Tricks type board this week. We definitely want for there to be a home the most active communities over here in the Boards.
If not New Player Boards, at least a forum that people can go to for help. There's a board called "Help & Support" but it is pretty explicitly just for matters that need the Support team to get involved. NPF had a lot of people who prefaced their questions with "I'm not exactly new but...", because there was never a proper place for them to ask for help learning to jungle, deciding on a new champion to pick up, or climbing out of their current division. Now there isn't even a remotely proper place for that.
Why wasn't a New Players section added from the start?

Between Tips & Tricks and Help & Support, don't we kind of have this covered?
Personally, if i were a new player, i wouldn't know where to go. "Tips & Tricks" makes me think of something for advanced players looking to refine their game, not advice for someone just starting out, but maybe that's just me.
I will downvote every discuss, make the voting system become disaster
