Jinx is the top adc

I Believe That she is a better Bot laner because of her Zap range and early laning power against rather "Squishy" champs but after the new update for season 4 I think that she should go top but the opponents really determine the lane she plays. -SaucyWings

Personally, I find laning against Jinx miserable- That's why I play her. Her Q gives a massive advantage in the farming game and in general combat, and the ratio on her W plus the slow is insane. Additionally, sneak grenade kills, anyone? The only times I've really had a hard time laning is against and supports, simply because they make farming hell.

It depends on numerous factors. Each champ has their pro's and their con's. Such as Caitlyn, she has a great early game but drops off mid to late when put side by side to other adcs. Jinx has a unique and fun play style but she can easily be shutdown by other adcs. From personal experience, i would say lucian would probably be considered top adc.

After playing both Jinx and Lucian a decent amount recently, I would say that Jinx is better and easier to play.

Draven has increased in popularity, is Q deals alot of damage. I think all adc's are equally matched. I Think these champions work best in this meta with the current team set up styles.
