Shouldn't there be new chat rooms?

i always find that when i go to find some randoms for some games that the chat rooms always seem to be full, the main chat rooms of course, and i was just wondering if riot could make some more chat rooms so that those of us who always find "chat room is full" should not have to wait forever to get into the chat rooms. also people who are afk should not be allowed in the chat rooms and the riot chat bot should be more proactive i have been noticing lots of spam in the chat rooms when i get into them

The public chatrooms are pretty useless. What type of chatroom are you looking for? I might be able to give you a smaller, but better one. :)

This is an issue, it seems as though the chatrooms are nearly impossible to get into. Even if you can make it in you're left sorely disappointed with the number of afk's actually in the room. I'm really surprised this has gone on as long as it has. I personally dislike using the forums to find a team. It's distant and out of touch with the game. Just my opinion.

Chat room functionality is completely worthless for actually accomplishing the goals of communication. It makes me really sad that this has been up for almost a year with no changes except for the fact that the public chat rooms were removed.

I'm aware this was necro'd and technically in the wrong place, but it's still an issue I resonate with pretty strongly.
