Bug report, failure to load graphics at summoner pool on game beginning

The title of this post roughly outlines the bug I have been encountering but I will run through my experience from start to finish.

After champion select, the load screen pops up and the various users are displayed with their selected champions and percent of the client loaded. This is all rather normal.

The problem encountered happens at the first instance the game actually loads. EX, the opening screen focus on the summoner well with the 5 member ally team. I am greeted with a view of the summoner well, the lighting effect(the white glow) where each ally champion would normally be standing on load of the game, and the game map. However, none of the champions appear on the screen and instead the entire map looks as if it is a few shades darker. Kind of like someone dimmed the lights but still brighter than the fog of war.

Clicking around the map reveals the normal green x and arrow. if you have the screen centered on your champion, the screen follows appropriately as if I have a champion moving but, the actual game model for my champion(as well as the other champions) does not appear.

The quick fix is to disconnect from the game and reconnect. Luckily, I have league loaded on a SSD and it reloads the game instance rather quickly. Upon reload, all problems seem to be fixed. The bug has happened a total of 4 times thus far.

I think post would be better suited in the Help & Support community.
