Can we get a Sub-Community for Chamion Builds/Guides?

Am i the only one who thinks that it would be pretty useful to have a builds/guides section in this new beta community? i feel like Riot is doing a great job so far with all the things they are bringing us. in my opinion, that would be a pretty cool addition. Ive been on Solomid.net for builds and guides and whatnot for a while, but since we are in the creative mood here i was thinking why not bring as much as we can to the community here? Not only would it be a great resource on the website directly related to the game, but it would also be a great way to get the new community some more recognition by players that wouldn't normally come here.

Any Thoughts?

Wouldn't this naturally fall under "Gameplay & Strategy?" That aside, that could potentially be a large enough sub-sub-community that it could overtake "Gameplay & Strategy." Personally, I think it could be pretty good, but there was talk about trying to visually streamline something such as ranked tier into a post so you could get a feel for the validity of someone's tactical statements. This being streamlined, or at least readily available outside of opening up the client and searching their name for every person who posts a tip or tactic or build, would be crucial to that being successful and not someone trolling the living daylights out of new players or players new to a role or champion.
