Season 4 Demographics Compared to Season 3 Demographics

I was watching a breakdown of how many players were in each division including a subsequent breakdown (i.e I,II,III etc). But it was created back in March of 2013. if you would have the time to list the statistics it would be much appreciated. Knowing I'm not the only one is much more comforting when I que in ranked. Much appreciated :D
