Did anyone else experience a character shift?

I'm at level 10 (wow…. I had no idea… wonder what the outside world looks like) and it seems the roster has changed. I loved supporting with lux but she's no longer available.

This behavior was recently changed to provide a fixed roster of free champs while you're learning the game up to level 10, and then switch over to the standard free champion rotation. Just one element of our new new player experience :)

If you find Lux Lux to be one of your preferred champs, you can spend IP or RP to unlock her permanently on your account.

To add to this, I would strongly urge you to save up IP for buying champions (if you don't want to go buy RP). Don't bother touching runes yet. Hold off on those until you can buy the Tier 3 runes, and when you have a better handle on the game and what sort of stats you might want in your runes.

Truth be told, the current Tier 1 and 2 runes probably shouldn't even exist. Just remove those, and let people wait until they're level 20 to buy the T3 runes, since the lower-tier runes aren't worth buying.

are you talking about the Free Week Champ rotation? Every week you get access to like 10-12 champs that Riot chooses so players can try them out during that week.
