Why no Dev Feedback section in "Creating a Discussion"?

So my question is simple.. why theres not a section for leave a feedback to the Devs, i mean leave some feedback for client, gameplay etc.. i think all the Devs are in NA and for me EUW thers no way to post a discussion in that forum.. so why dont do a single section in english for the forum accessible by all regions for leave feedback for Devs?

For example i want leave a feedback for a little improvement for the client, but i know this is not easy that this message arrives to Devs,

for example i want to say to Devs, for shure you know about all this 240hz native monitors and maybe in the future will be much more powerful of this monitors so why we cant have a possibility to set manually the fps cap with the client and we must use external programs that may not works? not all of this monitor have g sync etc and use v sync is not ever a good choice... do you think this can be a possible improvement for the new client or not?

There are other sections for those topics, and Riot does keep an eye on those even if they aren't responding to threads. Put client-related stuff in the Client Discussion section, and gameplay-related stuff in the Gameplay section. A Dev Feedback section would just end up being where everybody goes to complain about balance because they think the devs are more likely to see it there.

Regarding the FPS question, I'm not sure exactly what you mean. Do you want the new client to run at 240 fps, or are you talking about the in-game framerates?
