Uhm.. I just turned silver about 2~3 days ago but do i still get the prizes for reaching silver? or am i late?

You're too late my friend, sorry. Rewards were handed for ranked play until until Nov 11th.

If you look at the news in the patch clients, it tells you when the rewards ended...
