Can someone shed some light on this for me?

Is there a way to deal with players who just refuse to communicate in champion select or just respond "troll" when you are tying to figure out which lane and position everyone is taking?

No, you can not report someone for trolling because "trolling" has many definitions and maybe some people want to try new things. So what if you have a support Lb? There is nothing wrong with trying new metas. What you can do, is report them for negative attitude or assisting enemy team after game if you give a reason the tribunal finds "a punishable offense". However, since the tribunal can't see the pre game chat, it would be a he said she said story between who called what 1st. Therefore being deemed unreliable accusation and IMO, not a punishable offense. And no, you can't report someone for playing Trundle =P. But I will admit I have been more than frustrated for people picking a champ like Kha 1st pick and then afking w/o calling positions. In the end you can't report someone for picking a champ and rushing to the bathroom (no, only happened to me?) And some people may just want to bust out their new Teemo skin and make mine fields (Again, only me?). That's just how I feel on the subject but this is a very interesting topic and I can't wait to read what other people have to say.
