About how Riot decide who gets to be a tester

Hello everyone who is reading this page.I am a League of Legends player from Hong Kong. I play the server which is in TaiWan.But I also have a level 30 account in NA server.

The problem is that I do not always play the NA server.So Riot cannot see my match history or which types of champion I recently playing.I am worried that I cannot be chosen to be a PBE tester just because I don't always play the NA server.

I hope that Riot can let us to have some place for us to talk about our match history or the types of champions we played recently,but not just looking at our NA,EUW,EUNE server history.

That would be better if Riot can have feedback from other servers.
