Ranking matchmaking system is not fair.

when i enter the game there is a teemo(RekSa) feeding enemy victor. like my last game there is a yasuo(Underpaidfoot) feeding enemy. this teemo says he doesnt give a shit at all because he doesnt own this account. he play this account just for trolling. and now im move to silver 2 to start over again my rank. this is really frustrating to play league of legends these days because of these teammates. match making system makes me feel like this ranking system is no hope. and again, i wish u riot would do something about this. I was so mad about this with my duo mate, but i couldnt do anything about this. i know when i win some games in a row or something riot will match me up with poor teammates but is that really necessary to do this? this ranking system is no hope, i work on it so hard but my teammates just ruin it. looks like u guys are forcing me to use elo boost like my other friends did.
