I don't really like the beta compared to the old way....It's cool how you can see what everyone has posted recently but it's not as great because, for example, I'm running a ranked team. How do I get to the forums to recruit more people? It's not the best. It's also very confusing because I can't get around the forums like I used to be able to. I hope this is fixed or the beta just isn't launched.

Currently the sub-communities are limited because it's early beta. They've said they're going to add more sub-communities over time, and I'm willing to bet a recruitment sub-community is on the list, especially because one already exists on the old forums.
