Where is the TeamBuilder?

So i finally got into the PBE and heard that team builder was gonna be available for 2 days at specific times. As i logged in, i couldnt find the team builder anywhere. There was no button or anything in the menus. Did i miss something? Was it for a specific group on the PBE? Did i have to update the client? Was i looking in the wrong place? Please clarify cus i was really looking forward to trying it out but apparently its closed now. GG
