Separate pro esports discussion from Clan & Team recruitment.

There is no reason for the two completely separate types of threads to be in the same place. If I'm trying to find a sub for my team I don't CARE about "OMG THAT INSEC KICK" or "Why didn't OMG just do [method]?" No, I want a forum dedicated to finding teams/players. Conversely, if I just really want to gush about "OMG THAT AMAZING HOOK THOUGH." or "Man, [team] really threw at Baron!" or "Do you think [team A] will beat [team B]?" I probably don't want to see "Bronze III team LF support" or "Diamond IV smurf LF duo must also be smurf"

Actually just bring the old damn system back -- that'd be even better.
